A Tour of Italian Bubbles

While Prosecco might be the first thing that comes to the mind of most people when they think of Italian bubbles it certainly isn’t the be all and end all. In fact, no country has as many sparkling wine appellations as Italy does, but while this may sound impressive relaxed laws governing production in many of these appellations can lead to uninspiring wines of variable quality. So what’s a consumer to do? This is where Bin905 steps in!

On our ‘Tour of Italian Bubbles’ we will take a look at 8 different wines made in different regions of Italy, made in different fashions, and made from different grape varieties, some international and some native to Italy. The one quality all 8 frizzante and spumante wines will share is, well, quality!

Let Bin905 separate the contenders from the pretenders and sit back knowing that you get to sample the best of the best. From the classic Cuve Close production of Prosecco or Moscato d’Asti, to the Champagne inspired Metodo Classico production of Franciacorta DOCG join us in the Bin905 tasting room and realize the true potential of Italian Bubbles.
