AlleyKat Brewing has announced the release of the second beer in their Big Bottle series of limited edition seasonal brews, Loaded Goat Maibock, described by the brewery as follows:
A bold, malty, moderately hopped lager, brewed to be consumed while the snow is melting and the flowers are blooming, the Loaded Goat is lighter in colour than a traditional Maibock but continues with the classic taste of malty accents and a relatively low hop profile. Named for a goat that ate dynamite on the Andy Griffith Show, this bock will surely blow you away!
